TruCrown offers a range of related Dental Lab Services to support our customers, in addition to our state-of-the-art dental prosthetic milling capabilities.
Custom Libraries & Scan Bodies
The implant industry is constantly changing. New or discontinued platforms present a daunting challenge to our customers. TruCrown has developed proprietary methodology to convert most non-standard interface libraries into a usable format; typically 3 Shape. Custom libraries and scan bodies for non-standard platforms are available for a nominal fee.
TruCrown also creates standard libraries in 3 Shape, Dental Wing and ExoCad for customers who wish to design their own dental implant prosthetics for us to mill. As part of this service, we supply both a scan body and the library, charging only for the scan body.
Scan Services
A correct scanning step is critical for effective CAD/CAM design. TruCrown will work to your scan by providing libraries, or we can scan your cast using our state-of-the-art Imetric 3D scanner and best in class software such as PowerShape and DentCAD. Simply send us your file or cast and TruCrown's dental lab services can handle the rest.

Full Designs
TruCrown offers high quality prosthetic design services. Whether you send us your scan file or the cast for us to scan, TruCrown utilizes state-of-the-art CAD/CAM software to create a custom-fit prosthetic design.
Design Review
Do you need someone to double check your design to ensure that it will produce a properly fitting prosthetic? TruCrown has the experience to assess and modify your design. Recommended changes to designs may include cross-section modification, acrylic retention, support pins, tapped hole placements, among many others.
Design Approval
All designs are subject to customer approval. TruCrown will e-mail images of finished prosthetic designs, for customer approval, prior to milling.
Consulting / Troubleshooting
TruCrown has built a reputation for our troubleshooting skill. Our dental lab services are flexible and resourceful. Whether it is a very unusual platform/library or design, or manufacturing challenges such as steep angled implants, TruCrown has the knowledge and expertise to guide you from problem to solution.

TruCrown offers a wide range of Dental Implant Bar Overdentures for both fixed and removable dental implant prostheses and overdentures. TruCrown dental bars are precision milled from solid titanium or cobalt-chrome. Our 5-axis milling center is able to machine the complex angles needed for these structures, in order to produce a perfect fit of the dental prosthesis.
