Detcam CAD/CAM Solutions

The Delcam CAD / CAM software used by TruCrown is unique and state-of-the-art technology, with accuracy unsurpassed by any other system on the market today. This dental prosthetic design software allows us to provide perfectly fitting restorations.

This is a computer-aided, 3D design module that our highly trained technicians use for the fast and accurate creation of dental restorations with unrivaled aesthetics.

DentMill

Using this CAM (computer-aided manufacturing) program, we can machine simple and anatomical copings and bridge frameworks, including full crowns, abutments, dental bars, inlays / onlays and implant bridges.

DMG Ultrasonic 20 Linear Milling Center

DMG Ultrasonic with 5-axis Milling:  This state-of-the-art dental prosthetic milling system combines 5-axis milling, with the use of ultrasonic technology, in order to produce consistently accurate dental restorations. The pinpointed machining creates highly accurate surface quality, as well as precise margins. This high-end milling center allows us to create cost-efficient restorations, with greater precision and quality, and this process enables us to pass savings onto our lab and dental practices partners.

Imetric 3D Scanner 

TruCrown provides the latest in 3D Dental Scanning Services for our dental practice and dental lab partners. Our Imetric technology scans the data of three-dimensional objects to create accurate and fully surfaced 3D dental models. This dental scanning machine captures precise geometric measurements of highly complex surfaces, as well as undercuts on the original objects.

3Shape System™

TruCrown's 3Shape 3D Dental Model Scanning / CAM System represents the latest advances in CAD/CAM dental technology, which uses a 3 axis motion system to deliver accurate 3D scans. The fabrication process is automated while still allowing for the needed personal design elements.

Our 3Shape System enables precise 3D scanning of both physical impressions and gypsum models. It has high speed scanners with the capability to provide the accuracy and detail required for full-arch bridges and implant bars. Unique technology features include 5.0 MP cameras, adaptive impression scanning, and texture-capture capabilities. Full integration with 3Shape’s design software ensures the optimal scan-to-design workflow.
